It is a legal requirement that an individual at least 21 years of age be present to sign each shipment. Please take this into consideration when providing a shipping address, as all packages are classified as containing alcoholic beverages and, by law, necessitate an in-person signature. Carriers are mandated not to leave packages unattended, irrespective of having a signature on record.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurately entered at the time of order placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, the address cannot be altered or amended. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
